Failure to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. In addition, hotel may charge an early departure fee for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date prior to or upon arrival.

PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
Registrations will not be processed without FULL PAYMENT. Payment must be made by major credit card.
Full Conference Registration includes admission to all general sessions, President’s Reception on Monday, June 3, all meal functions including breakfast and lunch Tuesday, June 4 and June 5, offsite dinner Tuesday, June 4, education sessions and conference materials.
Lost or stolen badges are subject to a $100 replacement fee which is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & ACCOUNT CREDITS
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received on and prior to May 13 will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after May 13. For further assistance, you may contact the USFN Membership Department at (817) 770-0818.
All requests for registration substitutions must be made in writing by 5:00 pm CT, May 30, 2019. Additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status. After May 30, 2019, registration substitutions will be processed onsite.
